Cannot revert back to blocks

I have tested this a multitude of times; I cannot go back to blocks now. It appears as this plugin broke WordPress?

If I deactivate this plugin or even enable the ability to change between classic and blocks, the “edit page” link no longer works; it just stays blank white. If I reinstall Classic Editor again and make sure the ability to change between styles is disabled, then it works again in classic mode only.

I’ve done the whole cache dump etc and it’s not coming good, is there a trick to enabling gutenberg blocks again once this plugin has been installed if you want to go back?
