Cannot save double dot domain names

My domain name is widyagama.ac.id, but admin settings in envolve.com cannot save it, rather it merely saved as ac.id.
I don’t like it.
The rule for my domain name is based on here: http://pandi.or.id/id/content/biaya-dan-persyaratan.
Does it means that I will share the maximum number of chatters with other ac.id websites?
I have contacted [email protected] and no reply.
