Cannot save product information

So today suddenly when i was adding a product to my shop it would not save the price, after some tris it did. After that when i would add variables it would not save them as well. cannot seem to be able to save a lot of informations. Sometimes if i just add a price it will sometimes it wont.
i have tried disabling all the plugin the same thing, sometimes it work 95%of the times it wont.
changed the theme with storefront/asta/twenty twenty etc. nothing seems to work
