Cannot save settings

    I am trying to send a test email but I keep getting a message that I can not send a test email because I have unsaved setting and need to go back and hit the save button.
    When I click the save changes button I get a message that the settings have been saved.

    These are the two messages I receive on the test email page.

    Notice: You have unsaved settings. In order to send a test email, you need to go back to previous tab and click “Save Changes” button first.
