Cannot save the setting in multi-language website

Hi I’m using polylang to build up the website, but after update the user verification plugin, I found that I can’t save the setting of the options in other language, such as if I switch from EN to FR and try to turn off the Email OTP, which cannot save and still turn on, could anyone help to fix it? Thx.
