have you checked the WordPress Menu User Guide?
When creating a custom menu, you need to give it a name first. You can also find a detailed tutorial here: How to create Custom Menus in WordPress.

That is exactly what I did.
1. create new menu (set name, click create menu) – screen

I was able to create menu via customized. But still not showing screen
Have you checked if you are using the latest version of WordPress and also the latest version of the Hueman theme?
After adding menu items and saving the menu, have you tried to close the customizer and checked your live site to see if the menu is appearing?

When checking the source code of your website, it seems the container for your menu is empty:
<nav id="nav-header" class="nav-container group">
<div class="nav-wrap container"></div>
</nav>
That makes it very likely that your menu isn’t saved correctly. You could try to create a new menu, ensure that everything is saved correctly and then check again.
You could also try to deactivate any 3rd party plugins on your website to ensure that your issue isn’t caused by plugin conflicts and then see if that helps.

I got it.
Plugin Share Buttons by AddThis for some f*cking reason don’t alow me edit/create menu…
