A hotfix has been released that may address the issue you’re experiencing. Can you please try updating The Events Calendar to version 6.0.0.1 and see if that helps?

That error can also be due to the PHP version you are currently using (5.6). The Events Calendar 6.0.0 is only compatible with PHP 7.3 or higher. And we recommend PHP 7.4
So another thing to try is upgrading your PHP version. If you are unsure how to do that, you can ask your hosting provider about it.
