Cannot see Canada Post Shipping Method | ww.wp.xz.cn

I have configured the plugin and created my shipping zone for which I have activated the Canada Post Shipping Method. Although, I have never seen this shipping method appear at Checkout. I always get “There are no shipping methods available.” message at checkout.

Is there anything I have not configured ?

Realized my product variations did not have sizes.

Hi @williamsolutions

Yes the products need to have weight and dimensions for the plugin to calculate the shipping cost.

Also if you face any issues you can turn on the debug mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost you can see from the debug response if there’s any error message which you can share with us.
