Have a look under Tools > Site Health to see if any anomalies are reported there.

You could also copy the website report under Tools > Site Health > Info and post it here. It is best to use the code block as described here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/forum-user-guide/block-editor/#code-block

When I go to open our webpage 307epllc.com this is what appears instead of webpage.

I found out now that I also cannot edit any themes by customization. The whole menu is gone and it doesn’t matter which theme.

    See two images here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/tjmvyrr8fjx5jgfzr6mfg/ADWqFEYbvfAvCrPvwkjEgzM?rlkey=e4fbinpc9303vwujne3bzcqwn&dl=0

Is there a way to do a clean wordpress install and keeping my settings?

You have now mentioned several cases.

I found out now that I also cannot edit any themes by customization. The whole menu is gone and it doesn’t matter which theme.

The screenshot shows a bug that affects some classic themes that use the customizer. There is a ticket for this bug with the developers here: https://core.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/ticket/62491 – according to this, it will be corrected in version 6.7.2 of WordPress. This version is due to be released in 8 days (on February 11th).

The latest versions of wordpress is not showing me the plugins that are installed. I can see that 13 plugins are installed but there is nothing on the list except for:

Unfortunately, your screenshot from Site Health doesn’t give me any further information. However, my guess is that a server-side error occurs when you access the page with the plugin. You should be able to find this in the error log of your hosting. This will help you see what is causing this error.

An alternative way would be to remove all plugins at once. You can do this via FTP, as this is not possible in the backend. Log in via FTP and rename the directory /wp-content/plugins/, e.g. to /wp-content/plugins.backup/. After that, you should be able to load the list of plugins normally again, but now it will be empty. You can then reinstall the plugins individually or move their directory around via FTP (which could take longer). If you need help with the FTP connection, contact your host’s support.
