We would like to tell you that, in our latest update. We have added the Welcome email customization feature into the workflow screen to make it more convenient for users and can personalize it more for the subscribers.
Please find the below-mentioned steps which will guide you on how you can set up a welcome email.
Step 1. Go to Express –> Workflows.
Step 2. Locate workflow with the title ‘Send welcome email when someone subscribes‘
Step 3. Click on edit.
Step 4. Click on the “Action” > Send email action.
Step 5. Edit the email content as necessary and click on the Save button.
This will change the welcome email content.
Similarly, you can change other emails’ content through the workflows feature in the Icegram Express.

Thanks for your response. Confirming that I was able to update the welcome message as you described by editing the respective Workflow.
I’ve a couple follow-up questions for you:
1) Does a Workflow forthe “Send Email” action HAVE to be active in order for the recipient of an Icegram Express form to receive a subscription email notification? I’m finding that unless I make a Workflow with a “Send Email” action active, the receiver will not receive an email.
2) In the event that I have two or more Workflows with the same action — for example, I create two Workflows with the same “Send Email” action — which Workflow will take precedence?

1) Yes, the workflow must be active to send the email.
2) In this scenario, both workflows will be triggered and sent.
