Cannot select a purchasable variation

    We’re having trouble getting the plugin to work with grouped variable products. Regardless of selecting a variation or not, we get a message “Please select a purchasable variation before adding this grouped product to the cart.” And the add to cart button is grayed out. We are using Oxygen Builder. Any ideas?

    Hi @heikilaja,

    It works fine on our demo page
    Please update our plugin to the latest version 2.8.0, clear the cache and try again.

    We have received reports about similar issues before. Some were caused by the incompatibility with the theme or caching plugins as they didn’t recognize the chosen value for variable products. Some were caused by the variation switches plugins.

    You can kindly check these on your site by disabling each plugin one by one then check with Grouped Products.

    Thank you! Disabling swatches and cache didn’t change much but I think I narrowed it down to an Oxygen Builder addon plugin.
