Cannot select available dates on calendar

    Hi,

    The problem is that the maximun available date (7/4/2014) is before the minimum available date (7/7/2014), so no days are available. Please check the value of those settings fields.

    That’s great thanks. Can I just confirm: will the pro version allow me to change the number/title of the submission text boxes below the calendar?
