Cannot Select Options in WPMU (Multisite)

Anyone else have this problem with a WPMU setup? In my subsites (subdomains), I cannot select anything in the Adminimize settings. Here is a screenshot:

The checkboxes disappeared.
It works no problem in the primary site though.
Any clues how to get it working on subsites?
