Cannot select table in either front or back end

    Hi
    I am trialling the Ultimate version of Five Star Restaurant Reservations. I have set up a number of tables and have activated ‘Enable Table Selection’ and ‘Require Table Selection’. However, users cannot select a table in the front end form (URL provided) and admin cannot select a table in the backend (the Table option is greyed out). Can you please advise?
