Cannot select text while editing post. Hyperlink icon disappeared.

    Hello,

    I have just moved my blog from .com to .org and now I cannot seem to edit my post or add hyperlinks.

    Please help.

    Have you got any plugins installed?

    If so, can you temporarily disable them all and see if you can then edit posts/add hyperlinks.

    Thanks Ryan. It worked !!!

    However, now I am terrified of activating the plugins. I don’t have very many . Just the essential. Is there a particular culprit?

    Just re-enable each one by one until you find the one causing the issue. Then see if there is an update for that plugin that fixes the issue or find a similar plugin.

    Thanks. On it now. Hope to find what’s messing up. It’s hard this self- hosting business 🙂
