@bhoepner – Does it come up like there are no options? If so check your Popup Maker -> All Themes page, sounds like you don’t have a theme for some reason.
Thanks for your reply. It does come up as there are no options. If I go to my All Themes page under ‘Title’ it states no themes found.
You have to create at least one theme of your own before you can select one.
Go to Popup Maker -> All Themes, click Add New and create a theme with the settings you want. Once you’ve saved it, that theme will be available in any popups you have created.
@bhoepner – @akasapriya is correct. Create a new popup theme and you should be able to select it on your popup afterwards.
I am patching this so that a default theme should always be present.

I’m having this exact same issue. When I go to the All themes screen, there is no option to add a new one.
@sparrish – At the top just like on the posts screen there should be an “Add New” button. If yours is not there I would likely start looking at what plugins are active. Sounds like a plugin may have been used for admin permissions etc
