I have the same issue.
Temporary workaroud:
- Deactivate the plugin
- Edit and save a product (variants)
- Activate the plugin back
I hope fix will be released soon. 🙏
Thanks for the advice @ludekcerny, unfortunately the issue still persist.
I hope this can be fix as soon as possible.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The checkbox you mentioned is not from our plugin. It is the default option of WooCommerce. Can you please temporarily disable our Swatches plugin and check whether it is happening or not?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Hi @fizanzvai Thanks for your reply.
Once I deactivate the plugin, the checkbox works normally again. So there is some conflict or error directly related to your plugin.
@ludekcerny
Thank you so much for letting me know. I have tried in on my local machine to replicate the issue. Unfortunately, I am not facing the issue.
I am using:
=> WordPress – Version 6.2.2
=> WooCommerce – Version 7.9.0
=> Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Version 2.0.24
Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
To do the above steps you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Since it’s been a while since we last heard back from you, I’m going to mark this thread resolved.
Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
