I’m getting a PHP error related to class-custom-sidebars-explain.php on line 56 in my error logs, I’m not sure what this means or how to fix it. I wonder if you can help, thanks

Hey there mel2337,

How are you doing today?

Can you please try using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.
