• Hello

    Is anyone else experiencing a problem in trying to upload/attach documents to a Contact 7 form? When I try to upload a file and click my submit button, it just hangs and does nothing.

    Have tried many times with no luck.

    Version of Contact 7 is 5.3.2 and running the latest version of WordPress 5.6.

    Any advice anyone or anyone else stuck in a similar position?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Hi; We use the following;

    Theme – Divi – V 4.7.7

    Plugins;
    Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields – V 1.9.14
    Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms (PRO) – V 4.1
    Contact Form 7 Signature Addon – V 4.2.2
    Contact Form 7 Styler for Divi – V 1.1.12
    Flamingo – V 2.2.1
    PDF Forms Filler for Contact Form 7 – V 1.3.3
    Redirection for Contact Form 7 – V 2.3.1

    We did instal WP 2FA – Two-factor authentication for WordPress and Sucuri Security plugins last week. However, I tested them to see if they were causing the problem but even with one or both deactivated, the issue still occurred.

    If you need anything else, please let me know.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Flamingo.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
