• I migrated a wp site over to a new host. I attempted to use mail on my server and it wouldn’t allow sending that many emails. So I signed up for Amazon SES and everything looks great. The task scheduler says connection successful. No errors. but newsletter won’t go out. Can I manually force it or how can I resolve? Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there @ccomichael,

Thanks for reaching out to MailPoet support. I apologize for the delay, we are facing an unusually high level of support requests.

I understand you’ve set up MailPoet to send with Amazon SES but it the emails are not actually being received, is that correct?

Firstly, it looks as though you were running version 4.42.0 of MailPoet at the time of this post. It did have two known sending issues that affected some users. If you have not done so already, please upgrade to the latest version and re-test your sending to see if that resolves the issue.

If not, can you share a screenshot of your MailPoet > Help screen on the “System Status” tab?

In addition, can you share a screenshot of your MailPoet > Emails screen?

And to confirm, were these manually created, one-time newsletters, or something more automated like a Post Notification email or an Automation workflow?

Oh, one last thing, please check under MailPoet > Settings on the “Advanced” tab – scroll to the very bottom to the Logs area and click to “View Logs” to see if there are any error messages noted there – if so please share them on this thread.
