    Hi,

I used you plugin last year and was able to set a min quantity and step for variations on a product page but this year i cannot see any way to set min quantity amount on a single product page when it is a simple product or variation. I am using the theme ocean wp and elementor. I have disabled all plugins and changed themes to wordpress default. I have load wp-admin in guestmode of google chrome which stores no cache and also on microsft edge. I have tried loading all variations in your settings to no avail. Could you please let me know how i can see the min product quantity on a single product page and control it by variation eg i have a variation option ” buy 3 tickets” so i want customers to only be able to select a minimum of 3 tickets and step quantities of three. This worked last year

    Hi @leelnj,

I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry for that issue. However, you should still be able to access the variation options simply by downloading and enabling the plugin. Features such as minimum and step quantities should be available for the variation by default after enabling per product option in the above tabs.

When you navigate to any product that has variations, the plugin should automatically display settings for each variation. If you’re experiencing issues, I recommend resetting all plugin tabs to their default values and enable per product for the min and step qty tabs.

Also, please ensure that you’re using the latest versions of both WooCommerce (v9.9.4) and our plugin (v5.1.2).

If the issue persists, kindly share a screen recording similar to this one so I can better understand and assist you.

    Best regards,
