I cannot set the number of columns for displaying products using the customizer plugin in Woocommerce (settings-Customizer) or the WPBakery widget! Would like it to show 2 columns on mobile, instead of 1 currently. Desktop is fine as is or 2 is okay.

Also, I can change the text on “Out of Stock” projects but is there a way to remove the hover bar completely on sold out items?

    Hello there @mindmelt ,

Thank you for reaching out about our plugin, Customizer for WooCommerce! I’m happy to assist you with this. 🙂

I understand that you are having issues controlling the product columns both with our plugin as well as WP Bakery. You mentioned that you would specifically like for there to be two columns for the mobile version of the site, instead of 1 currently. Can you confirm what you have set under WooCommerce > Settings > Customizer > Shop Loop > Layout and take a screenshot of the current settings in use there?

Thanks Zach! Right before I saw your message, I saw a post from one of the theme developers that mentioned the same thing so thank you!

One other quick question, how can i show 1 Qty all the time in the Qty box so the add cart button doesn’t look off center? It seems like if there’s only one item or quantity stock, it stays hidden

    Hi there @mindmelt ,

Thanks for following up with us! The Customizer for WooCommerce plugin does not modify the quantity behavior, so this would be the WooCommerce Core plugin behavior. If, for instance, you set a product to be sold individually, the quantity field is removed. To achieve the behavior you are looking for, you would likely need to modify either a WooCommerce template or your theme’s template to adjust the visibility or adjust the alignment of the button.

I am sorry I do not have better news for you on that!

    Best wishes,
