Sorry, I do not understand how to find a debug log with these instructions.
I uploaded a debugging plugin and this is all it shows.
Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the zero-bs-crm domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. The error you are seeing is not connected to the Meta Pixel for WordPress plugin. However, I noticed that you have both the Meta Pixel and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins installed.
Does your site require you use both? If not, can you delete the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, clear the cache and try reconnecting to your page?

Still no luck. The settings page is totally blank. Here is my latest debug log.

Thanks for sharing the log snippets! However, there aren’t any Meta Pixel-related entries within them. Could you reach out to your hosting provider for support? Ask them if they could check the logs on their end, or whether there is something blocking the Meta Pixel plugin or its resources.

No, it is still not working. I talked to my hosting provider and they escalated the issue as far as they could and could not resolve it. I’m not able to get the pixel to display any settings at all. I have a screen recording of what happens. When I click on the settings for the pixel, the page goes to a refresh and then it’s blank. I still have my WordPress dashboard and controls, but no setup button or cababilities pop up for the pixel.

Just wanted to follow up an check if you are still experiencing this issue? If so, can you do the following:
- Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
- Uninstall the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin (if your site doesn’t require it in addition to the Meta Pixel for WordPress plugin)
- Reconnect to your page
