Cannot setup Payal or Stripe

    Ticket settings do not show payment setup under the payments tab.

    I have enabled Tickets Commerce and just has general; currency etc with no payment gateway.
    This is HTTPS site
    Events Tickets 5.5.1

    Hi @phxlad,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    It does seem odd that no payment gateway is available under the Payments tab, as they should automatically appear upon enabling Tickets Commerce, with or without The Events Calendar.

    Under the General tab, could you please confirm with us if you’ve selected a post type to display the tickets?

    Have you also set up a page/post/event with tickets?

    If the error persists, kindly provide us a screenshot of the Payments tab, so we could see what’s going on.
