Cannot show events

    We are running the current version of WP, 6.9. We are running an older version of PHP, 7.4.33, which we can’t update until our custom theme is amended. I note that Simple History supports PHP 7.4 or higher.

    Simple History displays by default in Dashboard. At present it is not displaying any history at all, and this error message is reported:

    Yup, it should work fine on PHP 7.4 – I just tested it on a local site and all was fine.

    Could you go to Simple History > Help & Support > Debug and see if everything looks ok, like can it find the tables, are there any events logged, and so on?
