  • Hello @sezno,

Please deactivate the caching plugin. Then the sign up pages would work. Currently, there is a conflict with the caching plugins with Tutor LMS. Only this one works without any issues https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-optimize/

I have the same problem. I disabled caching on the dashboard page and this fixed the problem on desktops, but problem still exists on mobile. .. cannot use WP-Optimize because it breaks my site.

    Hello @authorahmedrashed

The caching plugin that works well with tutor LMS is Autoptimize.

    Thanks. . Have a good day. .

OK, I fixed this issue THANKS!
But now there is a different issue.
When my students try to directly access their dashboard after paying for course, it works for laptop but NOT FOR mobile.
I try to login using his credentials on my laptop and it works.
But when I do the same login credentials on my cell phone, we keep seeing the “please sign in to view this section” popup.

I enter the username and password but still the popup is there… they cannot get to the course!

Now I have angry customers …

Try disabling caching plugins and jetpack, if possible. .It seems there have raised some conflicts. .

We haven’t found these issues on mobile devices. .

Share your URL too if possible. . @authorahmedrashed

    Thanks
