Cannot stop ticker ‘repeat’ displaying

    Old Ditty is in use on the referenced test site plus the production site, https://www.henleyherald.com/

    I am trying to get the new Ditty working on the test site. I’ve got the styling sorted but cannot replicate the production site behaviour wherein the ticker does not display again until it has completely left the screen – please compare both sites.

    I think this topic is trying to achieve what I want but the settings you stated there are not working – please check my CSS on the test site.

    As you can see on the test site, the ticker is repeating before the first instance has left the screen – how can I stop this and have it as per the production site?

    (I thought increasing Spacing might work but that cannot be set higher than 100px.)

    In your Ticker Display settings, within the General Settings section there is a settings called Clone Items? Set this to No and it should get you your desired results.

    This will disabled any cloning of items, so items will not display again until they have completely left the screen.

    The Display > General Settings section for the ticker has:
    Direction
    Spacing
    Speed
    Hover Pause
    Initial Display
    Scroll Delay
    Height Ease
    Height Speed
    Shuffle Items

    – but no “Clone Items?”

    Make sure you are updated to the latest version of the plugin. This feature was just added in the last couple releases. It is listed underneath the Initial Display field. The latest version has also rearranged a few of the fields, but they are all still listed under the General Settings panel.
