Cannot Switch Between Visual and HTML in editor

    WordPress 4.3 running Weaver II Pro theme

    Cannot Switch Between Visual and HTML in editor. Buttons appear but are not functional. Other users are stuck in Visual editor.

    Tried various tricks, deactivated plugins, reverted to stock theme, etc. Nothing works.

    Please help.
