Cannot track event or conversion through Plug-in

    Hi

    I would like to seek some advice and suggestion on the current plug-in I am using.
    My client website is using a live chat plugin called “Facebook Chat Plugin – Live Chat Plugin for WordPress”

    I’m using GTM to track all the events that happened on the website and all the data collected in GA4 properly except the Facebook live chat plug-in. Is there anyway I can track how many people click on the Facebook live chat plug-in without me manually going through the Facebook chat. Or anyway other suggestion on the alternative plug-in that I can use for live chat on the website which is trackable in GA4 and can count conversion in the ads platform.
