As mentioned in the linked topic, your PO file doesn’t seem to have been synced to changes in the author’s POT file.
Opening your PO file in Loco Translate gives me the expected warning as follows:
Translations don’t match template. Run sync to update from woocommerce-gift-wrapper.pot
Do you see this warning? Have you tried syncing it?

I also notice something weird about your counterpart MO file.
This only has 7 strings translated, whereas your PO file has 39. This suggests it was saved at a different time, but somehow has the exact same revision date. This doesn’t add up. Have you manually altered or moved these files around at some point?
