Cannot turn off Slideshow / images

    Hi there,
    I’d like to show my posts directly on the homepage. No slideshow or images above them. In theme settings “Enable slideshow” is off. But I still have some (placeholder) images on top of the page (beneath the navigation) saying “No featured image set for this post”. I don”t want anything there. Is there any way to do this?

    Hi marcth,

    just go to Theme Settings -> General -> Default Homepage

    and look for the option “Last 3 Posts on home”.

    You can show or hide them 😉

    You will also find some more options to customize your default homepage there.

    If this is not enough, you can also create any page as custom homepage and list posts or do other things there. Write an introduction text and title, and then have your post listings below.

    Hi Konrad,
    I will try this as soon as my theme settings are back. I’m a bit afraid to use the github option.
