Under Advanced – Usage Mode, if I turn on the Unlock Mode the feature is like the describe

Once the correct password is submitted, the page will reload, and the unlocked content is displayed. Passster uses a cookie to remember the submitted password.

However, even after I turned off the Unlock Mode, the page would still reload after I typed the password, and the user browsed another page they do not need to type any password, the protected content will be directed to appear here.

The other question, I can use the picture to describe it.

The problem is happening for all users without admin
Before I type the password, the all content is normally

After I typed the password, the page will be reloaded, and the all content will be repeated three times.

I have turned off the Unlock Mode, but the page still will be reloaded.
I have two website install the plugin, and they have the same problem.

The problem is happening for the latest version, I remember the last version the plugin worked well.

Hope I have described my problem clearly
    Thanks

  • Hey @lostofthree,

    thanks for reaching out!

It seems that the description of that feature was a bit confusing, so I modified that now.

You want to disable “Use Ajax” (“Usage Mode” before) to avoid multiple renders of the same content on your page.

That also is recommended because of the number of shortcodes used on your page. Otherwise, you would need to add them to the “Third-Party-Shortcodes” setting to render them without a reload.

    Best regards,

    Patrick
