There should not be any problem in installing or uninstalling in this plugin. After installation, it will be available under Appearance->Widgets and you can uninstall it under plugins->Installed Plugins section.
If still problem persists, open your file manager in cpanel, move to the following folder:
root -> wp-content -> plugins
From plugins folder, delete wp-qrcode-widget directory.
After deleting the folder, log in to dashboard of the wordpress website. WP QR CODE will be automatically uninstalled.

@billydk which version of WordPress are you using? Can you mail me the list of plugins you have installed so that I can check whether it is interfering with any other plugin.
It will help me to debug my own plugin.

Screenshots doesn’t belong to this plugin. There must be changes made to core files of wordpress. That is why you are in trouble.
