Cannot Unsubscribe From WordPress Plugin Support Page

I was subscribed in ONE topic of the https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woo-advanced-shipment-tracking/
Except that i was receiving emails for all other topics as well, since i unsubscribed, i still get mails
but, even it shows in my profile that i am not subscribed.. i still receive messages
kindly unsubscribe me, as there seems to be a buggy ‘unsubscribe’ link for that plugin forum…clicking it again and again, keeps the status ‘unsubscribe from this forum’
