Cannot update Elementor Pro plugin

Hi, I am trying to update the Elementor Pro plugin on my clients website but am getting the error: Upload failed. Unauthorized. When I look at Elementor License, it says ‘Missing’ and then when I click ‘check status’ it says Active and then when I try to update it gives me the error again and when I go back to License it says ‘Missing’ again.

My client does not know her license number and so I am hesitant to click Disconnect incase I can’t reconnect. I did not build the site originally and she can’t find any Elementor Pro details or login details but I need to update the plugin for security reasons.
