Cannot Update Email Contact

    I am trying to update my email address for my main information page to my current email address, but it is saying it needs to send me an email for me to confirm…I have never received it and cannot update it. How do I do this, the old email address is not active anymore as it was under an old domain.

    What is the “Main information page”?
    Is that a WordPress settings page?
    Is it a Page on your site (like contact page)?
    Is it in the settings for a plugin?

    No sorry, I mean like like in the admin section, under where it says “Howdy, Megan” and I can go to “Edit My Profile”

    This page describes many ways to reset a password. The basic steps of using phpMyAdmin described here can be used to change the email address instead of the password. The difference is that you don’t need to use the md5 format on the email address. You can just change it directly, Save, and you are done.
