Cannot Update Form – Get Blank Screen

I just updated the plugin to 14.13.1 and every time I try to make a change to my form and click on Save and Update I get a blank screen. I’m running Windows 7 using Chrome. Tried IE – same result. Have never had a problem updating this form, in fact I did an update right before noticing the the plugin needed updating. That update worked fine but nothing seems to work now. I have use Ajax checked.
