Cannot update my wordpress version or add plugin

    G’day,
    I have installed fresh WordPress 4.4
    I’ve been trying to add new plugin and i cant get no where
    I am getting error this error message:

    Download failed. error:0D0890A1:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_verify:unknown message digest algorithm

    Installation Failed
    any ideas how to fix it this error

    any ideas??
