• Each time I try to upgrade this plugin I get this error message:

    Update Failed: #TB_window { width:50% !important; height: 100px !important; margin-left: 25% !important; left: 0% !important; } function share_html_code_snippet(){ tb_show("Share on","#TB_inline?width=500&height=75&inlineId=show_share_icons_ihs&class=thickbox"); } {"success":false,"data":{"update":"plugin","slug":"insert-html-snippet","oldVersion":"Version 1.2.1","newVersion":"","plugin":"insert-html-snippet\/insert-html-snippet.php","pluginName":"Insert HTML Snippet","errorMessage":"Download failed. Not Found"}}

    Not sure what it means or how to fix it? I currently have version 1.2.1 and it looks like it’s trying to update to version 1.2.2 when this issue arises.

  • I’m getting the ‘not found’ message too.

    I just sent a message to them through their website https://xyzscripts.com/wordpress-plugins/insert-html-snippet/details to see if they are aware of this. Hope it helps soon. Great plugin and they have lots more. Check out their website and see what else they offer! Happy Holidays and hope all is well!

    By any chance are you using the OptimizePress theme or plugin on your site? I am getting a similar message and OptimizePress has confirmed to me that the two plugins have a conflict. Still working on finding a solution… if anyone knows one I would love to know and I will be back to post if I find one!

    Ok that was quick, I believe I found a solution, but back up your site before trying just in case 🙂

    First deactivate the plugin (don’t worry all of your snippets will be saved).

    Then try to update the plugin… it should work.

    Finally reactivate.
