Cannot Update the Pro Version

The pro plugin is notifying me that version 5.1 is available for update but it will not update. The update button just redirects me to the plugin page.

This is strange. I need some more details to find what is happening. Can you please create a temporary admin user and share the credentials to my contact form ?

No worries, I found the updated file in the downloads for my account and just updated it manually.

I was having a difficult time accessing my account through the following page since there is no option for login with Google or Login with Facebook. https://www.aakashweb.com/my-account/

I finally found how to login by going to https://www.aakashweb.com/forum/discuss/wordpress-plugins/announcer/

For some reason only that login button gives the login with Google or Login with Facebook options.

Thanks for noting that. Actually manually updating the plugin is an inconvienence. If this issue reoccurs, please let me know in my contact form below (or) in the support forum which you logged in. I’ll like to understand what is happening.
