Really sorry you are facing this issue.

I am not sure why you are facing this, as I can update successfully and you can test by downloading the plugin – it works. So the package is there.

I wonder if there is a plugn conflicting, I saw somewhere on another plugin that WP Activity Log was causing an issue (not saying it is here)

Do you have a dev site or can you try disable other plugins, does it work?

We are also getting the same error message for the past 2 weeks. All other plugins have been updated without any issues. Please advise.

Per your suggestion, we have disabled all other plugins via troubleshoot mode on our staging site. Frontend Password Reset continues to display the “Update failed: Download failed. Not Found” error message. This also occurs after deleting the plugin and attempting to re-install it using the /wp-admin/plugin-instal.php page.

Update: As of today our Production site successfully updated Frontend Password Reset to version 1.2.3.

How strange, we did not make any changes

Did you make any changes to your site? In case others have the issue?

It also updated for me successfully today without doing anything out of ordinary.
