Cannot upgrade to PRO version

Dear Support Team,
this is the third time I am trying to reach you, and I have not received any reply so far. I am now genuinely concerned, as I have purchased the WP Accessibility PRO plugin, as shown in the attached PayPal receipt.
The payment has been successfully charged to my credit card, but in my account area the order appears to be cancelled, and I am unable to download the plugin in any way.
I am using this channel, which may not be the correct one, only because I have received no response through your official contact form on the website, despite multiple attempts.
At this point, I kindly but firmly urge you to provide clear instructions on how to access and activate the plugin I paid for.
If I do not receive a prompt response, I will be forced to open a dispute on PayPal in order to request a refund.I sincerely hope to hear from you very soon.
