cannot upload custom icons

    I installed wptouch last week and found that I cannot upload custom icons. How to fix it?
    btw, below is the message besides the Icon Sets option.
    “The /wptouch-data/icons directory is not currently writable.
    Please fix this issue to enable installation of additional icon sets.”
