cannot upload custom theme on go daddy

    for some reason I cannot upload a theme I made for myself in wordpress it works local host but on go daddy I get this error
    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
    Then the page dies and I get this message
    This site can’t be reached

    The connection was reset.
    Try:
    Reloading the page
    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall
    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

    I dont seem to have ftp on my go daddy host

    That first error is usually a server configuration problem.

    Try to zip it and upload.

    I don’t know why you would not have ftp.

    Try contacting Go Daddy. Keep in mind the level of support you get depends on which rep you speak to as some know a lot more than others.
