cannot upload images on wordpress if plugin is enabled

this is the error i get when Aspose Importer & Exporter plugin is enabled
“banner.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

when its disabled image uploads works totally fine
