Plugin Support

Hi @peterhines, thanks for reaching out! I’m Nik from 10Web – happy to help you troubleshoot this.
Checking that the file permissions should normally fall under hosting provider’s scope of support – plugin support would normally be troubleshooting done directly in the plugin’s code, something we’re not asking your hosting provider to do. Would it be an option for you to insist that they double-check that your file and folder permissions are set correctly:
It would also be great to have them check the server logs for errors/warnings regarding our plugin. Feel free to send them our way, once you get them.
Alternatively, if you have FTP or SSH access to your site files, you can enable WordPress debug mode (here’s how). This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory, where you can view logged errors. Please proceed with caution when editing this file, and be sure to disable debugging once you’re done to avoid exposing sensitive information and bloating your storage limit.
Thanks – keep me posted!
