Cannot upload user with password

    Hi,

    I make a list of user and password. I can upload those usernames and emails but I can’t upload password.

    I use pie-register 3.0.19.

    Please help.

    Hi @christqh,

    Before importing your users CSV file, please make sure you are following correct format. You can see example CSV From WP admin > PR menu > Import/Export page.

    I make two test user using csv demo file. The status said that successful created but I see nothing in user.

    Thanks for reporting the bug. Please download the zip file below and replace it with your PR plugin folder. There is a newly formatted example.csv file in attached folder. Please apply this format in your users csv file.

    Thank you so much for your support. I want to rate 5 stars for you. I fixed the problem now.

    Just please note very small thing, please said “copy and paste the new folder to the old one” or something like that. At the first time, I delete the old folder and replace the new one and my website was died. 😛

    One more things I want to ask,

    I use Private Content to create 980 user then go to database to delete all 980 user.

    Then I use Pie-register to uploaded 1000 user. The database show 1000 users, but when I click on User of wordpress, it on shows 20 users as subscriber. I can’t find others users in User or Private Content.

    Did I make some mistake?

    Make sure in your users csv file you have mention “subscriber” in Role column for all users.
