We are sorry to hear your feedback and we are sad that you did not contact us before leaving a 1-star-rating. We’re sure we would have been able to clarify this.
Please note that the introduction of the new Twitter service terms, now based on a paid subscription model, was initiated by Twitter and has implications for all social media tool users. Many tool providers have completely discontinued the support of Twitter. We have been working hard to create a better solution for our users, one that allows each user to access the entire Twitter experience according to their individual needs, based on a unique API per user.
Given the complexity of implementing a unique Twitter API per user, which requires detailed instructions and support we started rolling out this feature with the focus on prioritizing our Premium customer first. We will keep you updated when this feature will be available for all Blog2Social users.
Hi, thanks for the feedback, well, I can remove the 1 star review if I could use the Twitter feature but for the moment I can’t afford the paid version of your plugin which is really nice. What can I do?
Please be so kind as to contact our support team directly if you have further questions as WordPress does not allow support in this review area.
Just sent you a message via your contact page.
