• Hi.

Sorry for the vagueness but I’m very much an amateur at this.

I have 50 drafts saved, mainly text and about to add photos and tidy up. I wrote them a few months ago.

When I try to edit any of them, an old post appears on the page. When the edit page opens, I briefly see the original post and then it is over-written by another post. This happens in all 50 posts and the post over-writing is always the same.

I deleted caches and updated everything but no joy. My theme is free version of CoverNews

I suspect I might have accidentally saved a block to something I cannot remember.

I thought there was a revision option somewhere but I cannot find it.

    Can anyone advise me please?

    Thanks

This may be due to caching, but let’s cast a wider net.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Thanks. I tried all that and still nothing.

How do I get to see revisions. I’m sure I made a mistake a few days ago saving a block. I’d like to rewind back to a week ago

    Do you have a backup?

    Not sure.

Blog down due to critical error now.

I would really like to rewind back to before all these problems started.

Can you recommend a WP professional I could pay to repair my site. Hopefully not too expensive.
