• Dear Sir/Madam,

    I make an invoice, not sure what has happened, partial payment paid via the PayPal but failed in the IPN callback, the invoice is at pending status. I can’t see the invoice from Client Dashboard but can see the problem invoice from invoice history. When clicking on the invoice, a fatal error occurred. I edit the invoice but not able to change the status, I can’t delete the invoice either. At last, I enter the payment manually and make it in a paid status, then I can delete it.

    What is the official step to handle the pending invoice?

    Hello.

    1. Why did IPN callback fail? Do you see the reason in error log on PayPal?
    2. Can you put here that fatal error so we could check it?
